Green Avocado Mint Keto Smoothie has 33 grams of healthy fats and only 9 net carbs.
- 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop of PlantFusion’s Complete Keto Blend Vanilla
- ½ of an avocado
- 5-6 large mint leaves
- 1 squeeze of lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Blend on low speed until pureed. Then add one cup of crushed ice and blend some more. Serve and enjoy
