90-Second Vegan Collagen Builder Smoothie

Usually the words “vegan” and “collagen” don’t go together. But the truth is, the only kind of collagen that matters is the collagen your body creates. Using a plant based collagen builder will help fuel that process within your body.

We’re going to show you a vegan collagen smoothie recipe today that combines those properties with the properties of Vitamin C for collagen synthesis and the ultimate skin, hair, and joint health smoothie.

Our ingredients are:

  • 1/3 cup canned full fat coconut milk
  • 2 scoops (1 serving) Collagen Builder Vanilla
  • 1/3 cup water
  • ½ fresh large navel orange (or 1 small)
  • 1 ¼ frozen banana
  • 1 inch piece ginger root
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Place all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender in the ordered we listed and blend until smooth. It’s best to drink your vegan collagen smoothie right away. Enjoy!
