Welcome to the Fit in 40 Challenge

If you’re looking to improve your fitness and overall well-being in 2019, you need more than a resolution. You need a plan.


Which is exactly what our Fit in 40 Challenge delivers. Six weeks of workout and meal plans, both developed in tandem with a personal trainer and nutrition coach. With lots of delicious PlantFusion® protein shakes and smoothies in the mix to help you power through to a leaner, meaner you!

Each week features seven days of meals and three workouts. You can swap days for both the meals and workouts, but we recommend taking a least one rest day in between workouts. So you can do a M, W, F schedule, or a T, Th, Sat — whatever works best for you. To get started, simply click on Week 1 below.

The first step in any journey can be the hardest, but we’re here to help. Just follow the meal and workout plans we’ve put together for you, and you’ll start to see and feel a difference in just a week.

This week brings a final round of exercise and recipe choices. But just because it’s the end of the Challenge doesn’t mean it’s the end of a stronger, healthier you! In fact, we hope that the lifestyle changes you’ve adopted over the past few weeks are now the “new normal” for you.
