RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We at PlantFusion stand behind our products and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. All retail or online purchases of PlantFusion products (except for purchases from PlantFusion.com directly) must be returned to the retail location, online store, or seller from which they were originally purchased. For purchases made from an online retailer or seller, PlantFusion follows their policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take it back to the vendor you originally purchased from. Bring back the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) accompanied by the receipt, within 30 days to the place of purchase. RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED FROM PLANTFUSION.COM
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. If a product arrives at your shipping location damaged, or incorrect due to a shipping error that cannot be remedied, we will send a replacement to you.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM PLANTFUSION.COM
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. To return an item: All returned orders must be pre-authorized by us. Please call us at or email us at and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, your name, and your telephone number. We will provide you with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and a return address.
DELIVERY AND DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt, even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away.
- Write down any visible damage: box crushed, torn, creased, or other circumstances about the delivery.
- If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and notify our customer service department immediately.
