From what has been written about the Vegan Calcium K2-D3 product, I believe it is clean and substantial. I have been using it for over 2 years but have not had a bone scan sense I started. I am hoping for good results. I have also incorporated strength training plus use the Plant Fusion Collagen and Protein powders. My only complaint is the pill is so large. I have to crush them and add applesauce to ingest.

I received the plant-based calcium I ordered. I am utterly disappointed. First, nowhere did I read when I ordered this that one has to take THREE tablets in a day to get ONE serving of the 1000mg of Calcium. Next, I had no idea the tablets were so large. Finally, they taste terrible! My husband and I can not swallow large tablets. It doesn't help to cut them in half as trying to swallow sharp edges does not work for us either and tablets have sharp edges once cut in half. We tried chewing the tablets. I could do that maybe once per day, but not three times per day! I am so disappointed in your product. I will now need to find another source for plant-based vegan calcium.

I like the smaller tablets.

Calcium from Algae is much better for absorption but 800 IU of D3, which is critical to calcium absorption, is far too low. In my case by a factor of five. And increasing the D3 level by that much would not be harmful to anyone but could prove helpful to many like myself.

I’ve been taking this calcium for about 6 weeks and have had no adverse effects. I take 1 tablet 3x/ day, the first tablet at least 4 hours after my levothyroxine. I won’t know if it’s helping my osteoporosis until my next scan but am hopeful.
