I’ve been taking this calcium for about 6 weeks and have had no adverse effects. I take 1 tablet 3x/ day, the first tablet at least 4 hours after my levothyroxine. I won’t know if it’s helping my osteoporosis until my next scan but am hopeful.
I’ve only been using it for about a week but my body seems to love it and I will continue to order! Very good clean product!

I ordered this because no where does it indicate that palm oil as an ingredient. I get the bottle today and what do you know? Other ingredients are listed on the bottle and not in the pictures described above and “organic palm oil” was one of others not listed. Awful.
