I have celiac disease, so any vitamins I take usually cause me great stomach issues, due to the coating on the capsule. These dissolvable tablets are amazing! Great casting as well.
I have several of your vitamins… the calcium is big in size compared to the others and harder to swallow. It says take 3 but I only take 1 a day because even with much water it irritates my throat. So far so good.
Need more protein. Flavor was good on both. More expensive and less orotein than other clear proteins.
Tastes like cardboard. Functional. Not enjoyable.
