ingredients are organic, natural, clean label, and eco-friendly.
Under Control: Our fermented ingredients are produced using the process of controlled fermentation to avoid
unintended consequences by terminating the process with a heat step. Controlled fermentation benefits
include longer food preservation by creating an environment that inhibits the growth of bacteria; enhanced
