A Vibrant, Alkalizing Summer Treat with Greens, Ginger & Lime
Ingredients: (Makes 6–8 popsicles)
- 1 scoop PlantFusion Alkalizing Greens
- 1½ cups canned full-fat coconut milk
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp matcha powder
- ¼ tsp grated fresh ginger or pinch of ground ginger
- Optional: thin kiwi or cucumber slices for a decorative touch

Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine coconut milk, greens powder, lime juice, maple syrup, matcha, and ginger. Blend until smooth and vibrant green. -
Decorate (Optional):
Press kiwi or cucumber slices against the inside of your popsicle molds for a pretty finish. -
Pour & Freeze:
Pour the mixture into molds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until solid. -
Serve:
Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release. Enjoy immediately.
