Really disliked the taste. Had to throw entire thing away.
I love the neutral taste which lets my smoothy call the shots for taste. I;ve been looking for a protein drink that is not sweetened for a long time and this is the best. My only complaint is that by the time I get to the bottom of the smoothy, the powder and caked up.
I tried using daily for 60 days and then took a blood test with good results. I have tried other D and K supplements that have not worked/been absorbable for me
I was hoping for a complete meal product. Whether or not this technically is one, it doesn't feel like it when I drink it. It's not satisfying. Seems thin. I don't like the flavor. And I don't like how yellow my urine is later. Gives me the feeling I'm being fed a whole bunch of lab-manufactured vitamins. Soylent Original Powder is far superior, but unavailable. That was what I was hoping to replace.
