A fusion of plant-based proteins + key essentials for a completely nourishing vegan meal replacement shake.
I've been searching for an affordable vegan protein powder with eco-friendly/platic-free packaging. Everything about this one seemed to fit the bill, but I was incredibly disappointed each bag contains a plastic scoop (that is not recyclable in my area--and I live in a major city). I will unfortunately be looking for another product. The reason I decided on this powder was because of its plastic-free packaging. Unfortunately, it isn't plastic-free :( I'd encourage Plant Fusion to remove the plastic scoop from their eco-friendly/"plastic-free" products, and just use grams or a tablespoon as a serving size. Most folks who will be concerned to get measurements perfect will have access to a kitchen scale to weigh out grams, and everyone has a tablespoon. If they made that change, I would continue to order the powder, because it is otherwise great! The flavor and texture are super nice. The compostable bags are also great!
I’d been happily using Plant Fusion calcium for a couple years when it mysteriously disappeared from Amazon. Since Amazon couldn’t tell me when or if they would sell this product again, I looked up the company’s website. Sure enough, they were still making their calcium. Better news: they offered me a much larger quantity at zero cost. Wow! Thinking this kind of price reduction doesn’t happen every day, I went to their website the next day. Price for the calcium was still zero, so I ordered more bottles. My order was accepted. But the next day, Plant Fusion emailed me, claiming the zero price was some sort of system error, and canceling my order. They refunded the shipping cost I had paid, so I am not out any actual money. But jeez, I sure wish they had found and fixed the error before it disappointed me. Good product, even if I have to be a little wary when ordering.
I love this clean protein powder. The fermented vegan is a super plus. The taste is great and mixes well. I alternate between the chocolate and vanilla, and some times I use a little of both for a 'cookies and cream' vibe.
I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome from tick bits, meaning I get sick from ingesting mammal food and byproducts. My neurologist prescribed methylfolate for migraines.
