Red Velvet Protein Cookie Cups

These three-ingredient protein cookie cups are all major allergen-free, protein-packed, and perfect for a decadent sweet treat on the go! 


2 soft bananas (or one cup) mashed until smooth

1 scoop of PlantFusion Complete Protein Red Velvet Protein 

1 cup of oats (quick oats work fine too!) 


  1. Mash your banana until smooth paste forms. Next, add in your protein powder and mix until well combined.

  2. Next, add oats and mix-ins of your choosing. Dried fruits, cocoa nibs, and nuts are all great choices. A sprinkle of salt can be added to taste as well. Combine until a dough forms.

  3. In a well-greased muffin tin, scoop dough and press down. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then enjoy!
